When you give to Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU), you strengthen the value of a Rowan medical degree.
Once we reach $15,000 collectively for CMSRU funds on Day of Giving, we'll unlock $15,000 for CMSRU's Department of Research and Biomedical Sciences thanks to CMSRU parent donors!
CMSRU’s Service Learning and Outreach Programs provide an array of direct services and programming to children and adults across the City of Camden. Over 20 student-run programs offer support for city residents in the areas of student mentoring, health and social outreach, community engagement, and youth activity and wellness.
Funds raised will go directly to programs such as CMSRU Street Medicine, providing outreach and care to individuals experiencing homelessness in Camden; Sidekicks, which pairs medical students with pediatric patients who have life-threatening and chronic health conditions; Haven, which provides a safe, supportive, and positive environment for LGBTQ+ youth; and the Cooper Rowan Clinic.
Scholarship support for our students is vital. Scholarships help to ensure medical students can pursue their education with a smaller financial burden so that they can focus on their education and training on the path to becoming confident and compassionate caregivers.
CMSRU and its devoted benefactors have helped to establish over 30 named scholarships awarded this year that are making a positive difference, and your support today can help enhance their reach in the future, including the Herblan Endowed Scholarship, Lawrence Miller, M.D. Endowed Scholarship, CMSRU Scholarship Fund and more.
Now's your chance to make a difference!
