When you give to University College, you strengthen the foundation of student success across the entire institution.
Launched in 2024, University College is Rowan’s centralized hub and catalyst for student success initiatives. As the academic home for Exploratory Studies and Pre-Business students, University College supports students at critical points in their academic journeys while also serving students across all majors. Programs and Services You Can Support:
- Academic Support Programs (ASP) offers tutoring, success coaching, group study, and the Academic Improvement Program to help students strengthen their learning and stay on track. ASP also leads the Leadership Development Institute (LDI), a student‑run initiative that builds a strong pipeline of peer leaders who support and uplift the Rowan community.
- University Advising Services - Collaborative units embedded across Departments that provide individualized guidance, helping students develop educational goals aligned with their interests, values, and academic strengths.
- Military Services provide dedicated support for military-affiliated students, including veterans, active-duty service members, reservists, National Guard members, and dependents. Services include guidance on education benefits, academic planning, transition support, and connection to campus and community resources.
- The Autism PATH Program equips neurodivergent students and alumni with the guidance and experiences they need to transition into the workforce. Through tailored support and employer connections, PATH helps participants strengthen their skills and pursue careers where they can thrive.
- Students Organized to Affirm Recovery (SOAR) offers students a supportive place to explore recovery, connect with peers, and access reliable wellness resources. In collaboration with the Wellness Center and Rowan Virtua SOM, the program encourages healthy habits, informed choices, and a strong foundation for well‑being.
Every gift helps advance a holistic, student-centered experience that empowers Rowan students to stay the course and succeed!
